home workout dvds...
Anyone have suggestions for favorite home workout dvds??? I'm just starting my weight loss journey but I'm pretty active so I am not sure where to start. I was thinking Insanity or ChaLean... Something along those lines I guess I'm just not sure. Was wanting some advice
