South Beach Diet Phase 1 - Not enough calories??
I just recently started (about 4 days in) the South Beach Diet Phase 1. I've been doing really well with the carbs, and no cravings, but I haven't been getting close to 1200 calories/day. I've been averaging 900. I'm starting to get concerned!! Anyone else having this problem or any advice??

Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30 : anyone tried it yet??
I am a big fan of hers. I've tried her 30 Day shred (did great with it) & am currently using her Yoga meltdown dvd. I was just curious if anyone is trying her new one called "Ripped in 30??" I live on a 2nd floor apartment, and can't really do alot of jumping, and was wanting to know if it was involved? Thanks!! Keep up…
