I watch my carb intake, but I know you are supposed to meet at least 1200 calories a day nutrition wise. I take vitamins and am doing what my doctor recommended. I was just seeing if anyone else had this problem at first since I am new to this diet plan. I usually did just count calories so this is completely different to…

I try to!! It just doesn't add up to much calories. My carb numbers are good, and I actually do eat what is outlined for phase 1

Question: I thought about buying this video (I have a few of her others too! Love her!), but anyway I have slight torn mensicus in my knee and can't do too much twisting, tweaking, etc. How is this video on y'alls knees?? I really want to try it!!

I've heard of it from The Doctors tv show. I did attempt to try it last November/December... It takes a lot of discipline, but it just didn't work for me and my schedule at the time. The doctor that promotes it has a website, and gives ideas for meals with certain stages of the diet. Good luck!!

I love Yoga Meltdown. There's some like jumping into positions, but you can step into them too (that's what I do). I've been using the dvd off & on since October, but have been doing it M-F for the last two months. I am definitely starting to see my body "tone up" and have some definition. I find it oddly relaxing

My toes did that every now & then when I used the elliptical, but then I started watching how I positioned my feet. Maybe your toes are too close the the front of your shoes, or you are strictly using your toes for movement, instead of your whole foot...I hope you figure it out!!!

It's an awesome dvd, but will require discipline and a little pain (soreness). I had good results when I used it. Yep, you can get it at WalMart or Target. You'll need weights too, but nothing extreme. I'm currently using her Yoga Meltdown dvd, love it too!!! Good Luck!!! :)
