First Day at the Gym
I am going to the gym for the first time today & I am not really sure where to start. My level of fitness is pretty much non existent - I get out of breath walking up stairs!! Does anyone have any advice for a first timer & how to build up my fitness levels? I am hoping to get my induction booked in for later on this week.
