Mainly to build my fitness levels up first of all, then I hope to focus on reducing/toning wobbly bits if possible! I want to feel happier in my own skin.

What kind of things do you experience weighing every day? Is there much fluctuation? I'm always intrigued to do it but am worried I'll get disheartened!

I was thinking that maybe it'd be a little better to do it in the morning! I do feel incredibly full up right now which may not have helped :/

Half a regular tube of Smarties eaten slowly does the trick for me - I have this almost every day :D It works out to be 16 Smarties which feels like a lot :) Just make sure you hide the rest of the tube away out of sight ;)

I don't want to sounds dumb here - but what is air pop popcorn? I love popcorn so this would be fantastic for me but I have only ever seen the standard shop bought salted/sweet microwave popcorn? The pistachio/hand busy/longer to eat is a great idea! Thanks a lot :happy:

I've never met someone else who ate raw broccoli! Everyone I know looks at me like I am crazy when I do it but it is my favourite! :laugh:

What is PB2 chocolate? I want to avoid high sugar levels so thank you for letting me know. You have just reminded me of my LOVE for the Special K Crisps - Thai Sweet Chilli flavour is delicious so thank you so much! I'll look into Snapea Crisps as I am very curious as to what these are :smile:

I have never tried it to be honest - I have always been put off by my dislike of regular fruit. I'll definitely give it a shot though. I do quite like the idea of storing a few variety of nuts in my desk for when I fancy something different - I am just never sure of which ones are the best ones to have?

Dark chocolate could be a good idea - I think I would be less inclined to eat an entire bar in one go & more likely to have just a square or two as it is very rich.
