I'm 5'11 and put on a lot of weight recently. I'm 47 and it's just got to go now!! I'm 238 (108 kg. aargh) now and would be happy around 170 (77 kg) Anyone in a similar position???

Hi. I'm 44, have 2 kids - 6 year and 18 months. I was never fat per se - just a big build and being 5'11"/6 ft I could carry it. Then I got pregnant.
