Adding Water Consumption Amounts
Hi folks, I'm new here... and have a question on the amount of "cups" of water we are supposed to be using when adding our water consumption. It cites "drink at least 8 cups of water " - is this cup as in 8 fl oz or 8 glasses of water? Thanks!!!
