Do I need to be concerned about going over on sugar?
I know I get too much sugar in my diet but 95% of that comes from fruit. Should I be cutting back?Keeping in mind I am more concerened about health than weight loss.

Looking for friends who want to be fit not just thin
I just joined and I'm looking for friends who want to inspire and be inspired. I have lost 65lbs. in the past year and a half through clean eating and strength training. I used to dread working out now I am completely obsessed with it. Would love to find some friends who want to live healthier too.
