I know I get too much sugar in my diet but 95% of that comes from fruit. Should I be cutting back?Keeping in mind I am more concerened about health than weight loss.

No, as long as you are in calorie deficit and hitting your other macros you will be fine.
sugar does not make you fat.
over consuming calories makes you fat...0 -

No, you're fine.0 -
I don't track it and it hasn't stopped me from losing weight.0

If going over your sugar goal bothers you, triple your sugar goal and rejoice.
Seriously. Sugar doesn't matter. Stop tracking sugar and track fiber or calcium or something else instead.0 -
I go over to ask the time although I try not to! But I get evil of I don't have it! So I've decided, to focus on sodium!0

I also don't track sugar and lose .5 - 1 lb /week consistently. Unless you have a medical issue like diabetes, you don't have to worry.0

I think everyone is different. I was told for a long time that eating a lot of fruit is okay, but I have found for my body that I just can't do it. If I eat too much fruit I gain weight pretty easily. At the end of the day you have to find what works best for your body0

I always go over on sugar due to fruit, and I am ok with that. As long as you are going over with fruit and not added sugars, I think you will be fine.0

Turns out you're fine no matter where the sugars come from.0 -
^^^^ I can see this, but, eating the sugars in a piece of fruit bring along nutrition that eating the sugars in a Little Debbie doesn't.0
