I'm off to the gym for the first time in about 4 years tonight hoping to get back to the condition I was before I quit. Was just wondering if I'm likely to get to where I want to be quicker than the first time round. Luckily I have managed to keep a lot of the bulk on (only lost a few inches), just lost all definition.
