anyone have a good recipe for "white chili"?
I keep hearing about white chicken chili and it looks good but so many of the recipes have 2u9823498237489 ingredients (and who has time for that? lol) or wayyyy more fay than id like. anyone have a good recipe not going to bust our waistbands here?

horrible foot pain!?
OK so ive tried 3 different pairs of sneakers, with all different insoles and i keep having the same problem. my feet have horrible stabbing pains by the toes and up the side.(like next to the arch) i don't understand! and the other day it was so bad i could barely put any weight on it. i tried googling it but its so hard…

Looking to begin new lifestyle..not new diet..?
So im kinda new here, been on here before but it was a while ago so Im starting over now. Looking for help and motivation to stay on track and change how I live/look at food. NOT looking for quick fix diets. Anyone in the same boat? Needing some buds :)
