Not new but came back!
Hello, Just posting this because I was away from MFP for a few years so to the forums many people probably don't know me anymore. I've lost 50lbs since I first started on MFP. I struggled through being diagnosed with Celiac Disease, a heart surgery, two other surgeries and both parents dying over that time. Still managed…

X-Factor: ST
Just thought that I would give people a heads up. Weider made a DVD series called "X-Factpr: ST". You can buy it at places like Walmart for lest than $40 and you get 12 CDs, nutrition guide and exercise calendar. It's like P90X minus the weights. There is no equipment needed, the pushup stands come with it. I think it's a…

Bodybugg/Body Media Fit Questions Thread:
I'm starting this thread to be sort of a Q & A for people interested in the Body Media Fit/Body Bugg. Ask any questions you like, I will try to answer them as best I can with my 4-5 months of use. Things I've learned from MFP Forums
#1- Inspite of being around 200,000 years and living with it for most of their lives, women still are clueless about their own body functions. Evidance: 25 TOM threads per day. #2- 1 pound of fat = 1 pound of muscle. #3- Gaining weight when attempting to lose weight is because of muscle gain. Not this: vent over, thanks.

Total Body Composition
I often see people here saying , "i'm losing inches bu not weight". And people claim muscle gain. The thing is that a male with normal testerone levels that has good nutrition, lifts heavy is only probably going to put on 1.5 pounds of muscle in a month, MAX if you are conditioned to lifting. If you are a newbie, you could…
