Sometimes the MFP database can be a bit tricky for me to wade through given the number of user inputted foods. What sites do you use to check calories in basic food items? I was having the hardest time establishing how many calories are in 4 oz of cooked chicken breast.
Has anyone else had trouble with the MFP recipe builder function? When I try to use it I get an error message. It's driving me nuts! Is it just me? Anyone figure out a clever work around?
Should I be trying to reach each of my macros, or should I just try to stay below my daily allowance? I rarely have difficulty reaching my protein level, but the others vary (I'm new to counting calories so I'm still figuring out what foods have too much sodium, sugar etc.)
