I am now a week into my second phase but I am starting to struggle....I keep having little naughty nibbles...and I know that is not good as the pounds are soon going to start to pile back on....and I certainly don't want that! Phase 2
Today was my very first day on the phase 2.... I ate a massive mixed grill and a little bit of salad with some chopped cucumber...but I must admit, It felt slightly strange eating veggies....I think I will stick to 1/1... I have read in the book that pork isn't recommended...I take it sausages are out of the equation then?

Day 2 - I'm starving!
Hi all, I'm on my second day of Dukan....I am absolutely starving! I have been eating quite a bit of all the allowed foods, but there is just so much I can eat! I have stomach cramps and boy oh boy...breath doesn't smell very good! On the positive side, I have lost 2 pounds on my first day! I might need to use your brains…
