Phase 2

Today was my very first day on the phase 2.... I ate a massive mixed grill and a little bit of salad with some chopped cucumber...but I must admit, It felt slightly strange eating veggies....I think I will stick to 1/1...
I have read in the book that pork isn't recommended...I take it sausages are out of the equation then?

    I felt the same way when I introduced veggies, it didn't feel nice on my system at all. Now I just limit them to one meal a day on PV days.

    Sausages tend to be blended with grains, so they have carbs (and not to mention tons of fat) in them. Probably better to avoid!

    I have eaten pork, but it was lean loin.
