coconut oil chocolate bar
just made a chocolate bar using half a cup of melted coconut oil, a cup of weight watchers drinking chocolate, 2 tablespoons of almond milk, sultanas, dessicated coconut, vanilla essence....mixed it all together...put in a plastic tray and put in fridge to harden...cut into squares...omg it was yummy!:wink:

cost of kashi products in uk!!!!
have read a lot of mfp members are from USA where Kashi products are readily available. I fancied trying the Kashi go lean cereals a try but at £9.00 for a box of cereal ($18 approx) from Amazon.....just not feasable!! we cant get the waffles or any other products apart from cereal bars from Amazon too...but a case of 6x12…
