I have a juicer and a smoothie maker.... I prefer smoothies as so quick and easy and not much cleaning after....the juicer omg takes forever to clean lol!

I cube them...nuke them in a some honey....mash up....cool....add to frozen blueberries, celery, kale, seeds, dessicated coconut, almond milk or coconut water, fat free greek yoghurt, dessicated coconut, slivered almonds, sprinkle of cinnamon and a dash of vanilla essence...into blender...and yummy smoothie!

i add frozen curly kale and frozen baby spinach balls to my smoothies and i can't taste it either lol!!!:)

I only have unsweetened almond milk in my cereal now and love it!...coconut milk to make my chia pudding...lovely!! :)

ended up just cooking them in the oven...only way i could get them to work without falling to bits lol!:wink:

i made these today and were lovely.....i added a bit less oats and substituted with some coconut flour and i added pumpkin spice instead of cinnamon.....anyway i have real problems with making pancakes....they just fall to bits and i usually just end up cooking the bits in the pan! tried adding more liquid/less…

i love cheese too....feta (appetina 10), mozarella light, laughing cow extra light triangles, cottage cheese (light with pineapple or chives), philadelphia extra light.....babybel light....chedder light (grated) ....on toast with sliced tomatoes on top and worcester sauce...nom nom!....i love every cheese i think you…

today i mixed up a banana, quarter cup of rolled oats, 4 egg whites, pinch of cinnamon, teaspoon of currants and half teaspoon of baking powder....made 2 massive pancakes ...fried in some coconut oil....some fat free vanilla syrup on top....were delicious and less than 300 calories for the 2!!!:wink:

made me vomit...the texture just threw me over the edge lol....i had bought a box of 10 packets and really wanted to like them but nope....the dogs wouldnt even touch them.......and they are labradors lol! the bucket enjoyed them tho lol!

i know how you feel! today i fancied something different for my breakfast instead of oatmeal or a smoothie..so i decided on some crispy oat bran cereal that i had bought but never tried...looked up on mfp to see calorie content...30g was 122cal....well, 30g was absolutely tiny portion so i weighed out 90g!...366 calories…

unsweetened almond milk for me all the time...in my cereal...in my porridge...smoothies....! used to have soy milk in my smoothies before you could get almond milk so readily but dont have it now... i like coconut milk and rice milk in my smoothies too but they are higher in calories and fat so the almond milk suits me…

i cook 6 the night before (if i am working early!), and take 3 to work to add to a salad and keep 3 for next day...have never tried eggs that have been hard boiled for more than 2 days.:wink:

3 weeks ago i planted spaghetti squash seeds....they are in a big pot in my house at the moment and growing well...far too cold in uk to put outside...it was only 3 degrees here today!!!!:wink:

i put it in my banana milkshakes too ...love it! not the same consistancy as regular peanut butter but with only 46 calories for 2 tablespoons....you cant beat it lol! i also make it into a paste with raspberry jam and spread onto my corn/rice cakes. its not cheap in the UK tho and i have to buy online from Amazon!:wink:
