i buy my natural peanut butter online from www.myprotein.com.....1kg bucket of crunchy or smooth- £4.85! bargain considering the whole earth variety are nearer £3 for a small jar!!!:wink:

we don't get half of the skinny cow products in the UK that you can get in the USA...am gutted....we get 3 flavours of ice cream on sticks and the chocolate ones on the sticks....not any of the cookie ones etc that look and sound devine!...an email to skinny cow i think!!:sad:

if you look up www.twochicks.co.uk site and type in your postcode you will get a list of supermarkets near you that stock their egg whites and egg white omlette mix. i cant get in any supermarkets near me so i have to buy on line.:wink:

i got some of these from amazon yesterday...i added a tomato sauced based jar of stuff to mine and they tasted fine....the dogs tried some too but i wonder if they are quite hard to digest as the dogs poos today looked like they had worms...it was the noodles lol!!!:wink:

i had steel cut oats, chia seeds and sultanas soaked in water overnight cooked this morning with a splash of almond milk, apple sauce, sugar free vanilla syrup and cinnamon...yum!...and a cup of twinnings green tea with pineapple and grapefruit.:wink:
