how many calories in a salad, containing 2 slices of cabbage, 1 tomato, 1 cucumber, 1 pomegranate, 2 tablespoons of light mayo and a boiled chicken thigh with bones and no skin? okay, that was a mouthful but seriously...i just lost track of counting everything:smokin:
