Is there a quick way to record salads on your meal tracker?
I've only been on MFP for a week and I was wondering if there is an easy way to add salads (or other meals for that matter) that I haven't discovered. Right now if I have a salad, I enter the greens on one line...then add tomatoes...then each additional ingredient as I go. Same for my home made sandwiches and dinners. Is…
