Hi there, I just joined MFP, and I've been working out for about a month now, I do cardio for about 30-45 minutes, followed by another 30-45 minutes x3 a week. I know they're polar-opposite objectives, I'm trying to "lose" weight, but tone my body at the same time, toning would require a calorie-surplus, to gain "muscle"…
