JM 30 Day Shred
Anyone else doing the Shred? I'm on day 9 and needing encouragement. I started a discussion on the challenges board but no one has replied since day one :/ ... Maybe I didn't do it right, I don't know. But I've been really having to push myself to get up and do the stupid video!

Not losing lbs.
Haven't lost any pounds in 2 weeks. Pants in the closet
Just pulled out two pairs of work pants that I've had for about a year shoved to the back of the closet. One size 9 and one size 7.. decided to put on the 9's today just to see and they fit comfortably! And the 7's dont quite fit, BUT, I can fasten them!

Work out Twice
I'd like to start working out twice a day.. probably once in the morning and once in the evening. Taking Care of your body in everyway.
I find that it's very important not to just try to make it to the gym and eat right daily, but to really take care of yourself. Wake an extra 10 minutes earlier in the morning to give you time to do something you don't usually do. Be it curling/straightening your hair, or putting on makeup. I find that I feel better about…
