I'm 5'7" 162 lbs GW 145 I'm married 6 years and have a sweet 2 y/o girl. I work as a daycare provider and get my workout when ever I can, Usually in the evening.

Well then I hope it's not a "true plateau" ! ... I suppose my interpretation of plateau is there's been no change when I've expected changes.

It's just disheartening when you're "starving" yourself and MFP says you'll lose 2 lbs a week doing this and then nothing happens. I'll just keep on keeping on. :)

I use an electronic food scale and measuring utensils for everything I eat. I also use a HRM when I exercise to I log my calories accurately. I do usually eat back my calories though because everything I've read about that is super controversial and I have typically seen to eat them back. ugh. I guess I just wish the scale…

Today I'll be doing day 9!! I can't hardly believe I've made it this far! Yesterday I really had to push myself to do it though. I'm kind of dreading level 2 but it will be good for me. I measure tomorrow! So exciting :smiley:

day 6 done! I didn't sleep much last night so it's going to be hard to fit in my missed work out, but I'm gonna take a nap with my daughter and then we'll see if I have the energy to pull it through.

I barely fit in day 4 yesterday and I'm not gonna fit in day 5 because it's been crazy being Easter and all but day six is going to happen early tomorrow! Maybe I'll do it twice to make up for today?

If you only want to do weight you can but theres a good chance you could loose inches and not as much weight so I like to measure to keep myself encouraged. :)

Yes! I'm the same way... Post your stats if you want and get started. I finished day 2 this morning and am sore! Being behind one day won't hurt though.

One trick i learned from a friend was to pour your 2 tbsp into a side container and dip your fork in the ranch before you stab your lettuce, that way you still get your ranch but you eat much less of it.

I would eat a minimum of 2000 calories, but honestly it sucks but you probably should just wait until you're done nursing to count calories, just eat healthy and when you're hungry and exercise and weight should come off.

Also, make sure you're weighing yourself in the same circumstances everyday, ie. first thing in the morning before you've eaten, and naked.

I have this problem too, especially because i have small ears.. I use the buds that have the marshmellow covers.. they're similar to earplugs and when you stick them i they form to your ears.

I did level 2 one day because i had skipped a day... it's not that hard and the walking pushups are nice..( i think ) .. and we all will weigh in **wednesday** no matter what day you're actually on, just so everyone is on the same page and i can get the spreadsheet made and posted sooner.
