Need good ideas for snacks.
I'm in kind of a weird situation... I don't have a kitchen, and my main source of food (Chow hall) is only open until 6:30 in the evening, so after dinner when I have cals left, I'm kinda screwed. anybody got any ideas for low cal, preferably high protein snacks? I'm already stocked up on fruit.

Hi all, I'm James. my first weight loss journey started in mid 2012, with the intention of enlisting in the US Air Force... I walked into the recruiter's office for the first time at 215 lbs (I'm 5' 9"), and I needed to be under 186. I set my goal for 176 just to give me a little bit of leeway.
