Feeling so hungry in the afternoons.
Ok I have been trying everthing...I just don't know what to do..I eat my meals regular, I try to eat protien for lunch...oh but...when the afternoons come..4-6 pm Iam feeling so hungry..then I start to snack...please feel free to check out my diary....really need help:))) Thanks everyone Debra:)

So confused about my calorie count..Help..
Ok..Iam pretty new on here. I have been reading alot of postings on Calorie counting...I don't know if Iam doing good at this or not...I alway have calories left in the green, I though I had to have the calories that I have from excersie left, and at least 550 calories a day from this to lose 1.5-2 lbs aweek....ohhh...so…
