Yesterday I walked for 2 hrs and 30 mins, alot of hills :) but I really want to cut down on my carbs and thats where I really!! need the help..I crave them like there is no tomorrow! Hope everyone is having a great work out day :)) Deb

Hi everyone!! My total weight loss was 6.4 lbs.....was hoping for 10 lbs...but I am soooo happy with 6 :)))...now I am going to start something for June...maybe the 30day Challenge DVD.. will see for June 1. I had so much fun with this group:)))

I have completed this weeks challenge Yayyy!!!!!...Cals are at 2628 and will be burning some later on. As for the mini challenge I with it...even at work...lol.. So tomorrow is the big day....I can't wait to see the scales!! All the best to everyone!!! :happy:

I find eatting protien in the morning really helps alot! and I aslo so take Apple cider vinegar capsules. Hi everyone:) Well for this weeks challenge it was great!..I did an avg 4.9 miles a day and one day 6.2..and that was 6 day out of 7...did do anything yesterday. In total 31.2 miles for the week:))...as for the mini challenge..I kept forgetting to do the Jabs..but got some in. Oh by the way...I am so tempted to check out…

Thanks:)) I eat a Fiber 1 bar in the morning..it has 100 calories..I eat alot of fiber through the day...and I was wondering the same..this should be keeping me full!..I will also try peanut butter...this all should help:)) Thanks once again.

Thanks so much for the info..I always have my protein at Lunch..mybe this is to late for me..I will start tomorrow morning with protein....I will let you know how it goes....an that latte sounds good!..I have to try this:) Also what kind of protein should I get..just a protein powder or whey protein?

Hey everyone..I have made it to 1706 cal burned this week so far!...I burned 393 by turboFire..according to MFP..I have to get a HRM soon!...an I will do my stepper this evening....I have alos been staying under my Cals too.

Doing great so far..staying under my Calories and I have done 30 mins of Turbo fire and 15 min walk so far...but tonight I will do Trubo 10 Abs and go for another walk...want to aim for 60 min of exercise:)
