all my friends disappeared!
I broke my diet during the holidays and I need some more.friends. I don't want to go on a down hill slide again and need friends that are serious about changing their life style. People that won't cancel their profile when they want to give up.

rest day?
Should there be a rest day during the week? I feel like im slacking if I don't work out.

Does it matter if I split up my workout?
I work out very early in the morning, I usually do a hour of cardio and then weights later on in the day. Would it be better to do weights right after cardio, does it even matter?
