Does it matter if I split up my workout?

I work out very early in the morning, I usually do a hour of cardio and then weights later on in the day. Would it be better to do weights right after cardio, does it even matter?

Nope, the effects of training are cumulative. If you do it all at once, or if you split it like you have, you're fine.
It's probably better actually, since cardio might detract from your legs day and over all preparedness for lifting.0 -
Ok cool, I will just keep doing it that way then, someone told me that I should do it all at the same time and I wanted to get a second opinion. Thanks!0
