I want to lose weight, but love my curves right now!!
So I'm currently about 230 lbs and 5'11. My ideal weight is somewhere between 160-170. I've recently cut out all junk food and soda and started eating a healthy lean protein diet and limiting my calorie intake to 1500 a day.
