Back At It and Need Some Support
I’ve been heavy all my life…I’m trying to get it right before I hit 50 so I can live a long life. I’ve been here at MFP before and dropped around 55 pounds, so I know it works. I put at least 10-15 of that back on and really need to get serious about it again. Looking for some support along the way.
