Twerk Choreography

Visual motivation - fat vs muscle.
Lost two pounds out of 20-30 that I aim to loose....thats two of this! CRAZY! Also had maybe one glass too much of wine last night so in an hour I hope to get my butt on the bike and have a great afternoon...which will make fat turn into muscle....like so! Happy day to you all...just some gross visual motivation ;)
