Sugar: good and bad?
I eat a lot of fruit. I'm over my sugar every day, but I never feel a "sugar crash." Is it really bad, if it's mostly fructose (the type of sugar found in fruit)?

Everytime I go running, on the treadmill or outside, my iliotibial band starts hurting (that's the muscle that goes from the outside of your hipbone to about mid-thigh, where it connects with another muscle). Anyone have any ideas why this might happen, or what i can do to make it hurt less? it's quite a nuisance.
