  • you can do side crunches and what to tone the muscle, but you need to do cardio to burn the fat. and you can't target a specific area to burn fat unfortunately. do the crunches, and as the fat starts to go away, the toned muscles will make their grand appearance!!

  • no food or exercise can target JUST belly fat. you have to do cardio and burn fat all over. i eat cuties cause theyre SUPER nutritious and yummy

  • agreed. if your body is saying you're full then theres no way you'd go into "starvation mode"
  • 1200 is a random number that someone picked and decided that it was fact. your body knows what is "starvation mode." if you're eating well, getting all your required nutrients at a lower number, and you don't feel hungry, then you're fine.
