I am about to hit my first 10lbs lost mark and I want to reward myself! Rather than rewarding myself with food I thought I would buy something so I can start some type of strength training. I don't want to spend a lot of money - no more than $50 really - can anyone suggest something that I should buy to get started?

I am so out of shape! I am only walking 1.25 miles a day at a moderate pace and it feels awful! I started last week and I am wondering when it will start to feel better and when it won't be such a chore...I really don't want to give up.
