  • Dumbbells and resistance bands - I will check them out! Thank you! And a gym membership...? No way! I am too self conscious to even go to the grocery store, think I'd have a panic attack before walking into a gym! Maybe in a few months though...baby steps :smile:

  • Thank you, I have not been logging it at all and thought I was doing great with my 1200 cals a day goal, going to be a little tougher now! I will definitely measure and log as measured to be on the safe side.

  • I am the same age as you and just two weeks ago I was feeling the way you are. The difference is that I have 100 lbs to lose. I wish at 35lbs overweight I would have started doing what I am doing now. I like to think that in 6 months I could look like I do now or I could look slimmer...the time is going to pass anyway.
