From November 2014 to May 2015 - My first success photo

I really started my journey actively in February 2015, since then I've lost about 30 lbs. The before photo is from Thanksgiving 2014, the after photo was taken May 26th, 2015.

The tips I can give are what works for me so far; no soda, strictly water, very low sugar, log calories, cardio & weight lifting, very low caffeine. Reward yourself for milestones (another month going to the gym = new sneakers or clothes, 10 lb loss = new perfume, etc). Also, treat yourself to something good for yourself regardless of accomplishment, such as massage, pedi/mani, hair cut, etc.0
