So I am a female, 5'10'' and weigh 148 pounds. I am looking to get down to 140 pounds. I eat around 1500 to 1600 calories a day and some days do a 15 min exercise on my stationary bike. I have a chronic illness that really limits me on exercising. Will this amount of calories lead to a weight loss? I eat a lot of fruits…
