So I am a female, 5'10'' and weigh 148 pounds. I am looking to get down to 140 pounds. I eat around 1500 to 1600 calories a day and some days do a 15 min exercise on my stationary bike. I have a chronic illness that really limits me on exercising. Will this amount of calories lead to a weight loss? I eat a lot of fruits and veggies, no soda, no fast food, ect. I know I could probably type this in to some calculator but honestly all that confuses me and I just want a straight answer, preferably from someone who is the same height and body type (I have a small build).

The calculators are the better way, even a person close to your size won't have the same metabolism as you or the same activities, age is a factor too. I can't say which is the best? Maybe someone else has that information?0
