Am I still burning calories?
So, today I walked 60 minutes on the treadmill about 2.5-2.7 pace. It was what I could handle without jogging, and I have ankle/foot problems. So, is walking at a slow(ish) to moderate pace still effective or should I be doing something else? I did go swimming for 60 minutes too.

So, I was wondering, If I lose a lot of weight, will I lose my boobs as well? I am already medium sized up top but I am scared I am going to have tiny boobs once the weight is gone. If so, is there anything I can do to help them "stay"?

Cold

So I have a question. When reading the nutrition facts about an food item sometimes it says total carbs: so and so, and then below it it says sugars: so and so. Does the total carbs include the sugar, or is it seperate?

MFP calculations
So, MFP says my daily calorie goal is 2,420. For me (I am kind of sedentary, but I do a 20 minute walk and 80 minutes or so of cardio a day) that seems like a HUGE excess. Is there any possible way for MFP to recalculate? if so, how?
