MFP calculations

So, MFP says my daily calorie goal is 2,420. For me (I am kind of sedentary, but I do a 20 minute walk and 80 minutes or so of cardio a day) that seems like a HUGE excess. Is there any possible way for MFP to recalculate? if so, how?

sedentary means you don't exercise…and you do.0

this is a good lower estimate calculator. But not so low that it'd be unhealthy to eat at a 20% deficit from the number it gives you.0 -
You go to settings and click the update diet/fitness profile.0
