Need help keeping focus on the goal
New to myfitnesspal, old to the diet/excercise routine. I've found it's so much easier to keep myself on track if I have someone cheering me on and doing this with me. Need some friends to help me along! Competition always works for me too. Anyone interested in maybe a weekly/bi-weekly competion?
