  • excellent!
  • I've got my kids too so that's not a big deal! I have a double stroller and a little red wagon for the kids. (and actually I get more of a workout lugging them around) Let me know what day/days work best for you and we'll try and pick a spot to meet and walk. ;-)
  • Best of luck!
  • in most message boards "bump" just pushes the message to the top of the "recent viewed" list. That person doesn't have a comment, but thought it was a subject worth bumping to the top of the list for others to see and comment on.
  • nuts, fruit with cottage cheese, yogurt, toast with peanut butter, 100 calorie pack popcorn, banana's, edamame, trail mix (without the M&M's) - just some ideas ;-)

  • I dislocated my knee, the 1st time, in 1996. I would warn you to be very careful with the excercise choices you make. I avoid jogging/running, unless I have a…
  • I'm new to this site too and so far LOVE it. The support has been awesome. Feel free to friend me and I'll be a cheerleader for you! I think we can all use more of those to keep us on track.
  • Best of luck to you! I'm a newbie too and so far I love this site. The food diary is awesome in helping you track your calories and the excercise tab is pretty good at showing the calories you burn with each item you do. Have tried many, too many, diets, but not the HCG. If you go that route, please post how it works out…
