My name is Angela. I'm raising 2 boys who need a more energetic mom. The weight hasn't been budging with my wishful thinking, so a couple weeks ago my husband and I started working out together. My energy is better during the day, but by 6pm I am dead. Today my food diary showed me that lack of exercise is not all the problem. Though, time for exercising has been a problem. Now that both of my children are in school, I have 3 hours of no excuses not to workout. I really do love to workout, but always put exercise off like a luxery.
Now I am working out 3-5 times a week. This food diary is a real wakeup call for myself. I can't wait to see how much progress I can make with the gym, this food diary, and all your support.
