    Welcome!
    My suggestion would be to keep up with the tracking. Log EVERYTHING. If you have the app on a smart phone it helps a lot. Keeping yourself aware of what you're eating, drinking and doing really helps a lot. And don't give up things you like, just reduce the intake... if you try to deprive yourself too much, you'll binge.

  • Friends! It helps to have others cheer you on ;-) Use the Food diary to help you throughout your day. It's really helped me. At first it was neat to see what I was actually getting in calorie's in my "normal" routine and now I know how to adjust things and come in at or below my calorie goal. Good luck with it!
