Hi all, just after a bit of help, fitness pal is picking up my steps but not my exercise from Fitbit even though it’s logged in Fitbit app? Can someone point me in the right direction to set it to register exercise please?

Tracking all fruit and veg?
Just wondering if everyone tracks every single piece of fruit and veg religiously and if not have they still had successful fat loss? I just find it really annoying tracking every chunk of cucumber or half an onion and was thinking about reducing my Cals by 100 and not faffing around tracking salad green veg etc. Obvs…

WATER CONSUMPTION
Afternoon Peeps.... :) I am having trouble getting 8 cups a day of water in - can i count the water from cups of coffee or my herbal teas in this or is this an additonal thing.....?? Prob a bit of a stupid question as i am consuming the water therefore it probably does count but just checking lol... Cheers :) xx

Afternoon all... When logging exercise, I'm concerned about it over-estimating the calories burned for what I am doing. I currently weigh 152lb and although i'm not totally unfit (I exercise regularly but not religiously) earning 152 just walking the dog for 40 mins does seem a lot?
