Calories counting confusion
Hi I have 5kg's (11 pounds) to lose and I have been working hard to make a dent in this number before Xmas. I have two questions: 1 - I am supposed to eat 1200 calories a day and I land up eating between 900 and 1300 a day. I exercise 5 times a week and generally burn 500 calories.
