Can somebody please explain this to me? I always thought in order to lose weight you need to burn off some of the calories you've taken in for the day, but mfp keeps telling me I need to consume my daily calorie goal plus whatever I burn off otherwise I'm risking malnutrition. So somewhere along the way, I heard that whatever calories you burn that you need to re eat them and stay as close to your calorie goal for the day as possible. I am confused by this, isn't the point to burn the calories? If you eat them back how are you supposed to lose weight?

Hello, well here I go again. I have tried many times to diet and lose weight but it always seems like if I dont have some one rooting me on and encouraging me, I could just really use some friends who can compete or compare tips and encourage each other and help set new goals for one another :)
