Do you know any good foods that can be used as a supplement or to replace regular ones? Like I just found out about PB2 which is a peanut butter powder that also comes in chocolate. Fantastic! After that I got to thinking that there are likely many such foods that I do not know of.
I am looking for some new ways to add more protein to my diet and was thinking about protein powders. Any advice from anyone who has tried this?
