I'm looking forward to using the app, website and the support from the community to lose weight. I'd love to support others too. I have a pretty sedentary life, and sit in front of my computer all day essentially. So it takes a lot of effort to make sure I'm watching my calorie intake and that I'm getting daily exercise.
I just joined. Plan to lose 60 lbs. Would like to introduce myself, and hope to meet some of you online to encourage you along and get some help as well!
