i had a session with a personal trainer
I had a session with a personal trainer and it went really well. She got me a work out routine that is going to help me reach my goals. We did the routine togather and today I am going to do it all on my own.

weight loss
I have only been doing this and excersiseing for maybe 2 weeks and have already lost 8 pounds. I still have about 30 more to go but this program makes it so simple. The best thing about it is that you can eat what you want its the portions that count.:wink:

I started about a week ago and with this and excersie I have already lost weight this is a great program:laugh: :laugh:
